Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies, a leading P&C insurance tech provider in San Francisco, seeks a Director of Sales Operations to own forecasting, budgeting, quota setting, compensation design, and process optimization across the sales organization.

You will build and lead a high-performing Sales Operations team, partnering with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product to deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and CRM governance, helping regional VPs hit their numbers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales or sales operations experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Salesforce experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Lead a high-performing Sales Operations team with clear roles and growth.
• Allocate resources and prioritize initiatives to support leadership priorities.
• Own sales compensation plan administration with Accounting, Finance, HR.
• Define performance metrics and maintain dashboards for VPs.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive process improvements and CRM changes.
