Duck Creek Technologies in Boston area seeks a National Sales Director to lead major P&C carrier engagements, align Duck Creek solutions with client drivers, and drive end-to-end sales cycles. You will mentor Sales Directors, build top-tier relationships, and accelerate revenue growth.

Develop prospecting strategies, win new business, manage forecasting in Salesforce, and partner with executives to shape future roadmap.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or equivalent years of practical job experience in a similar function.
• 5+ years of business experience in large enterprise sales navigating complex software/IT solutions.
• 5+ years of deep insurance industry/domain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of sales cycles within assigned accounts.
• Coach and mentor Sales Directors; win top-tier new business.
• Develop prospecting strategies to identify, qualify, pursue and close new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM and forecast bookings.
