Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a National Development Manager to expand Ryder's footprint by turning qualified leads into sales opportunities at the national level.

The role focuses on nurturing leads, qualifying prospects using BANT criteria, and coordinating meetings with Ryder Sales Representatives to drive revenue. Ideal candidates will have multiple years of Inside Sales experience in a B2B environment, a business/marketing degree, and strong ability to manage relationships and close deals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years or more successful sales experience.
• Three (3) years or more prior Inside Sales experience, preferred.
• Five (5) years or more prior experience selling in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages in lead nurturing and assesses lead fit.
• Performs one-on-one nurturing and qualify leads for resource assignment.
• Schedules meetings between Sales Qualified and Ryder Sales Representatives.
• Educates prospects about Ryder's value proposition and services.
• Maintains high call volume to pass qualified leads and generate revenue.
