Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a National Development Manager to expand the Ryder footprint in the marketplace and shorten the sales cycle by turning over highly qualified leads to Field Sales.

The NDM will manage national accounts and nurture leads using BANT criteria, scheduling meetings with Ryder Sales Representatives and educating prospects on Ryder's value proposition and services. This role is remote (100%) and offers a base salary of $50,000 plus commission, with comprehensive benefits for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of successful sales experience.
• Three or more years of Inside Sales experience (preferred).
• Five or more years of experience selling in a B2B environment (required).

Responsibilities

• Engage in lead nurturing and assess leads for one-on-one attention.
• Use BANT criteria to determine lead qualification and resource assignment.
• Schedule meetings between the Sales Qualified and Ryder Sales Representative.
• Educate prospects about Ryder's value proposition and services.
• Maintain high call volume to pass leads to sales and generate revenue.
