Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a National Business Director to lead a high-performing field team and oversee all commercial field activities for a rare disease product launch.

You will drive strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with Training, Marketing, Market Access and Sales Operations to achieve performance goals. The role demands deep market knowledge, executive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to scale a national sales organization with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with 5 years in national sales leadership.
• Proven success in product launches and building high-performance sales teams.
• Experience working with institutional accounts and executive-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based team and oversee all commercial field activities for a rare disease launch.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with Training, Marketing, Market Access and Sales Operations.
• Build relationships with Key influencers, including KOLs and senior hospital/IDN leadership.
• Hire, coach, and retain talent to meet evolving customer needs and drive results.
• Review regional performance and present insights to internal stakeholders.
