Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a National Business Director to lead a high-performing field-based team and oversee all commercial field activity for a rare disease product launch.

You will partner with Training, Marketing, Market Access and Sales Operations to drive the commercial strategy, ensure compliant execution, and develop a culture of accountability and urgency toward launch goals. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing field teams.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills for launches.
• Experience collaborating with Training, Marketing, Market Access and Sales Ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based team to derive insights and meet account objectives.
• Develop cross-functional account plans for launch success.
• Build relationships with KOLs and executive customers in hospitals/IDNs.
• Hire, train, motivate, and retain talent while driving performance.
