TEKsystems is seeking a highly organized Contract Coordinator to support the instructor population for planning and execution of nationwide events. You will report to the Head Coordinator and handle logistics, instructor communications, and onsite coordination to bring events to life.

Ideal candidates have strong project management, operations, and people skills, with experience coordinating schedules and documenting instructor interactions using Slack, Hubspot, Google Suite, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large event portfolios and logistics.
• Ability to document and track unique instructor scenarios.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders and instructors.
