• Serve as a liaison with eventvendor to oversee planning, production, andtimelyshipment of event materials (booths, bannerstands, tablecloths, etc.) to regional offices to support local marketing and event initiatives.
• Support other field office requestsas-needed.
• Maintain and fileevent planning and logistical documents.
• Ship promos oreventneedstoevent locations.
• Maintainstock of promos in-houseand check inventory on a needed basis.
• Work withBrandedSolutions teamforemployeeStore(s)field requestsandmaintainstock forcorporate andemployee store.
• Assistwithfollow-upforpost-eventtasks, includingROI,budgetrecapsand debriefs.
• Submitbilling payment requestsfor event invoices.
• Reconcile budget andeventcredit card.
• Organize event foldersandfrequentlystreamline oroptimizeprocesses.
• Answer event inquiries and other online forms.
• Order office material for department needs.
• Schedule meetings, meeting rooms, AV,and food and beverage for team events or other meetings.
• Scanorsend contracts or other documents as needed.
• Support any adhocassignmentsas necessary.
