Signode Industrial Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to cultivate and manage strategic relationships with high-value national clients. You will drive account growth through retention and expansion, engaging with decision-makers at multiple levels across customer organizations.

Accounts managed are national in scope and require development of comprehensive product adoption strategies, JBPs, and coordinated cross-functional collaboration to meet aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Finance or similar field.
• 5+ years in Sales; at least 3 years supporting national level customers.
• Willing to travel overnight up to 50%.
• Knowledge of Signode’s products and applications.
• Strong manufacturing aptitude.
• Proficient in CRM and dashboards (Power BI) and MS Office.
• Strong technology skills with social media knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Create opportunities and develop account plans to execute them.
• Lead relationships and adoption activities for landed accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Serve as main contact for customers’ ongoing requirements.
• Develop JBPs with top-volume customers.
• Penetrate all levels of assigned accounts across departments.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Produce and lead regular business reviews.
• Coordinate local resources for national accounts.
• Develop sales forecasts by account and brand.
• Prepare proposals for special trade programs.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM and sales opportunities.
