Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical B2B sales experience in electrical equipment manufacturing.
• 3+ years managing national or multi-regional territories.
• Knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, and UL standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify opportunities, secure specifications, and grow strategic accounts.
• Recruit and manage manufacturer reps; strengthen distributor relationships.
• Deliver technical presentations, product trainings, and joint customer calls.
• Collaborate with engineering and estimating on RFQs and project specs.
• Create competitive proposals and negotiate terms; coordinate handoffs to manufacturing.
• Maintain CRM forecasts and monitor market trends at industry events.
