Job summary
Eaton's North American Sales Division is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer to join its team. This remote role is based in the Eugene, OR area and will cover Power Distribution solutions across Salem, Corvallis, Willamette Valley, and coastal territories.
The role combines technical expertise, consultative selling, customer relationship management, and ownership of an assigned geographic territory. The compensation range for this full‑time position includes base pay and target sales performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
- No immigration sponsorship is provided for this role.
- Candidates must reside within 75 miles of Eugene, OR.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance objectives.
- Quote projects and negotiate pricing strategies for growth.
- Deliver sales presentations to increase product awareness.
- Build relationships with key customers for long-term success.
- Collaborate with factories to resolve technical issues and quality concerns.
- Research market conditions and adapt to pricing and delivery needs.
- Support the team sales effort and participate in training.
