Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a US Distribution Engineering Manager to lead a national practice, aligning people, projects, and growth across the United States.

You will shape strategy, elevate delivery, and build a coast-to-coast integrated team delivering value for clients and stakeholders. Reporting to leadership, you will drive utilization, resource planning, and technical excellence while fostering relationships with utility clients, developers, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• PE license in at least one US state is required.
• PM certification is an asset and beneficial for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Distribution practice as a unified national team.
• Provide leadership and performance oversight to managers and teams.
• Develop and execute strategic vision, growth plan, and objectives.
• Balance workload and resources for profitable project delivery.
• Mentor staff and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Engage clients and pursue major distribution opportunities.
• Collaborate with sector leaders and project managers for alignment.
