Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Data Center Service Development Manager to lead the growth of its Data Center aftermarket service business across the United States. This remote role focuses on increasing maintenance agreement sales, attachment rates, and recurring revenue while aligning District Service with a national strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with Data Centers, mission-critical facilities, HVAC service, aftermarket service, or strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to grow maintenance agreements and recurring revenue.
• Establish standardized programs, scopes of work, and pricing strategies for Data Center service.
• Collaborate with District Service while maintaining local ownership of relationships.
• Create training and tools to improve service sales effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs such as bookings, revenue, attachment rates and renewals.
