Job summary

STO Building Group is looking for a construction professional to develop and manage job plans for assigned projects. You will work with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure schedules, access, manpower, and building requirements are met.

The role involves coordinating with architects, owners, and subcontractors and maintaining safety and quality across the project. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 2+ years of ground-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, plans, blueprints, and subcontractor scopes.
• Proficiency with BIM360 or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and complete a job plan for an assigned project.
• Review plans and specifications to understand job requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, and subcontractors on scope and schedule.
• Prepare project management plans and track progress, costs, and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and integrity in line with company standards.
