Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a Site Superintendent to develop, manage, and complete a comprehensive job plan for an assigned project. You will work with the Project Manager and field teams to ensure safety, schedule, quality, and budget alignment throughout the build.

The role requires reviewing plans, coordinating with architects and owners, procuring resources, and guiding crews from mobilization to project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
• Familiarity with blueprints and subcontractors' scopes of work.
• Proficient written and oral communication; able to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and complete a job plan for an assigned project.
• Review plans and specifications to understand job requirements.
• Procure tools, labor, and some materials.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, and subs to resolve issues.
• Track progress and manage schedules, safety, quality, and costs.
• Prepare the Project Management Plan with the PM.
• Ensure safety policies and conduct.
