Job summary

STO Building Group seeks a capable construction professional to develop and manage job plans for assigned projects. You will work with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure plans are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in construction management and 2+ years of ground-up commercial construction. Proficiency with BIM360 or similar tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years of ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and blueprints.
• Experience with BIM360 or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

• Develop job plans including schedule, access, manpower, and building requirements.
• Procure tools, labor, and some materials.
• Review plans and specifications to fully understand job requirements.
• Interact with architects and owners to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules using project reports.
