Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a site-based supervisor who collaborates with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to develop and execute comprehensive job plans. The role focuses on delivering on-site results while coordinating with architects, owners, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain schedules.

The successful candidate will review plans, manage resources, and monitor safety, quality, and progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; or equivalent.
• 2+ years of ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes including building codes and blueprints.
• Familiarity with BIM360 or similar tools; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and complete a job plan for an assigned job.
• Review plans and specifications to understand job requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, costs, and schedules; adjust as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
