Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily job-site operations for projects nationwide. You will manage scheduling, production, procurement, and manpower, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to budgets.

The role requires coordinating with Project Managers, subs, and clients, while maintaining safety and quality standards across multiple sites. Travel is required to support nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in large-scale, ground-up commercial construction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures from specifications, staffing, and equipment for each phase.
• Develop and use look-ahead schedules with Project Manager.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and mobilization.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance; communicate progress to stakeholders.
