Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Multi-Site Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for a growing nationwide portfolio of over 60 outpatient clinics, including vendor management, preventive maintenance, budgets, and new clinic openings.

Qualifications

• Multi-site management of locations nationwide required; Healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in facility management with increasing responsibilities managing a portfolio of at least 50 locations.
• Minimum 3 years utilizing facility management platforms for day-to-day ticket and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities operations for a growing nationwide portfolio of 60+ outpatient clinics.
• Manage service providers, work orders, preventive maintenance, emergency response, budgets, leases and warranties.
• Coordinate facility services with Operations, Supply Chain, IT and other stakeholders to support new clinic openings and transitions.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs to improve building reliability, equipment life and clinic uptime.
