Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; healthcare management exposure preferred.
- 3+ years of direct management experience in a healthcare clinic or center.
- Experience overseeing ambulatory surgical services or multi-specialty clinics preferred.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
- Experience budgeting and understanding financial drivers in healthcare.
