Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and operations for a growing nationwide clinic network. You will oversee service providers, manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and budgets while ensuring safety and uptime for patients and staff.

This role partners with Operations, IT, and Real Estate leadership to coordinate new clinic openings, manage vendor performance, and maintain regulatory compliance across 60+ sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in facility management managing a portfolio of at least 50 locations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years utilizing facility management platforms for day-to-day ticket and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operations for 60+ outpatient clinics nationwide.
• Manage service providers, work orders, preventive maintenance, and budgets.
• Coordinate new clinic openings and transitions.
• Coordinate vendor performance, landlords, and service contracts.
• Track facilities KPIs, budget variance, and cost savings.
• Ensure regulatory and life-safety compliance across clinics.
