Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Multi-Site Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for a nationwide portfolio of outpatient clinics. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, controlling costs, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

You will manage vendors, coordinate new clinic openings, and lead preventive maintenance programs while monitoring KPIs and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site healthcare facilities nationwide.
• Minimum 5 years in facility management overseeing 50+ locations.
• At least 3 years using facility management platforms for ticket and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor performance and outcomes through SLAs, budgets, and quality control.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with vendors and optimize provider mix.
• Coordinate repairs, lease obligations, and building services with landlords.
• Lead facilities operations across a defined clinical portfolio, including preventive maintenance.
• Support new clinic openings and transitions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs and KPIs.
• Coordinate warranty claims and cost allocations.
• Ensure regulatory and life-safety compliance across clinics.
