Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a results‑driven healthcare operations leader to manage the daily operations of a vein and vascular services clinic in New York. You will oversee a clinical staff, drive patient experience, and ensure high quality care while coordinating budget and performance metrics.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in clinic management, and experience with ambulatory surgical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ direct management experience of a healthcare clinic required.
• Experience managing ambulatory surgical services or multi-specialty clinics preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with coaching and performance management.
• Budget development and management in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with QAPI, Emergency Management, Patient Safety and Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with daily oversight of the assigned clinic’s operations.
• Lead workflow for clinical staff including physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Oversee financial and patient care management, safety and risk compliance and equipment management.
• Hire, train and retain quality talent following best practices.
• Ensure clinic performance aligns with regulatory standards and growth strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives and physician liaisons.
