Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ direct management experience of a healthcare clinic or center(s) required.
• Experience managing ambulatory services or multi-specialty clinics strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with coaching and performance management.
• Experience developing and managing a budget in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of key financial and operational drivers in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with direct oversight of the clinic’s daily operations.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, and development to maintain appropriate resource levels.
• Manage profitability through financial and operational reporting and improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to uphold clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Support risk management, safety drills, and emergency preparedness.
• Partner with marketing and HR teams to support clinic goals.
