Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group seeks a Business Development Officer III within the Financial Wellness Solutions organization, based in a PNC location. The role leads development and expansion of national broker/consultant partnerships for health and benefit accounts, building strategic relationships to grow referrals and new business.

Working with internal partners, you’ll connect expertise and resources to position PNC Financial Wellness Solutions as a trusted partner in the broker community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certifications/licensures often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external relationships to acquire and expand client relationships.
• Engage management to generate opportunities and close sales.
• Lead meetings to educate partners on Retail capabilities and opportunities.
• Maintain timely sales administration and may mentor new team members.
