Job summary

ARCO Companies is seeking a Director of Business Development for our Beverage Group in St. Louis, MO. You will identify opportunities, build national client relationships, and drive growth across food & beverage distribution and cold storage sectors.

You’ll lead proposals, contracts, and negotiations while collaborating with internal teams to align business development with design-build capabilities and project execution goals. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Identify opportunities and build strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Proven ability to pursue new clients and close deals in national markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals in food and beverage distribution and/or cold storage sectors.
• Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and top of mind awareness.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors and logistics providers to drive growth.
• Develop and execute creative sales strategies, including proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
• Stay ahead of trends in the food and beverage industry and align BD strategy with project execution goals.
• Travel up to 40% as needed.
