Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics activities on a national scale. The role supports underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decision-making with analytics, technology, and industry expertise.

You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights that enhance client outcomes and promote operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding, pricing tools.
• Understanding of experience rating and data-driven analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Evaluate underwriting data and support pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, exhibits, and presentations communicating complex information.
