Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant - Employee Benefits to lead data analytics activities on a national scale. You will collect, analyze, and present underwriting, claims, and financial data to support client decisions, renewals, and program performance.

The role partners with Senior Analytics, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver insights that shape pricing, funding analyses, and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, and funding arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Underwriting Support: Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Client Consulting: Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Sales Support: Provide analytical backing for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Reporting & Presentation Development: Create reports, dashboards, and presentations conveying complex information clearly.
