Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics on a national scale. You will gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data to support client decisions and strategic initiatives.

Work involves collaboration with producers, accounts, and carriers to deliver insights, dashboards, and reporting that drive underwriting and renewal negotiations, with emphasis on accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead national data analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Provide client consultation and analytics to support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and decisions.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Partner with Producers and Benefits teams to provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
• Develop analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices to improve consistency and results.
• Utilize analytics tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze trends and financial metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved performance.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and capability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support client objectives and communicate findings clearly.
