Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics on a national scale. You will gather, analyze, and present underwriting, claims, and financial data to support client decisions and renewal negotiations.

You will work with senior consultants, producers, and benefit teams to deliver data-driven insights, develop dashboards, and improve processes. This role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaboration, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Experience with underwriting data, funding arrangements, and financial risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data analytics activities on a national scale.
• Provide data-driven insights for underwriting evaluations and negotiations.
• Deliver client-facing analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and financial exhibits for presentations.
• Collaborate with Benefit teams and producers to enable renewals and growth.
