Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead nationwide analytics initiatives. The role focuses on data collection, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation to support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/finance/quantitative field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating, funding arrangements, pricing tools.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations for carrier pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations communicating complex information clearly and effectively.
