Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant for Employee Benefits. The role focuses on leading analytics activities nationwide, supporting underwriting, renewals, and client decision-making with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Producers, Benefits teams and carriers to optimize programs, reporting, and strategic planning while leveraging BI tools and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting methodologies and funding arrangements.
• Understanding of risk assessment and healthcare pricing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics activities for national employee benefits.
• Support underwriting pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
