Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with underwriting, funding, and healthcare pricing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support benefits analytics data activities nationwide.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations, renewals, and client decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and exhibits communicating complex information clearly.
• Collaborate with Producers, Benefits teams, and stakeholders to enable business growth.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and best practices for consistency and accuracy.
• Support technology optimization and use of BI tools to improve outcomes.
