Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead national analytics activities, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation. You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data‑driven insights that support underwriting evaluations and renewal negotiations.

This role requires 5–7 years of experience and offers remote work within the Eastern Time Zone and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding arrangements, and healthcare pricing tools.
• Experience rating, claim cost projections and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics activities on a national scale, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Provide client consultation with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Producers, Benefits teams and stakeholders for renewals and business development.
• Create dashboards and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
• Develop analytics methodologies and best practices for consistent results.
• Utilize BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze trends and financial metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support process improvements to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
