Job summary

Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS seeks an Account Specialist – National Accounts to act as the strategic link between large national accounts and our Customer Solutions team. You’ll manage the full order journey, uncover service trends, and translate insights into scalable improvements.

You’ll present performance insights during reviews, guide improvement plans, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure a consistent, effective customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years in account support or related functions.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP CRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with national accounts and coordinate with Customer Solutions.
• Prepare for business reviews, present performance insights and risks.
• Balance customer needs with operations to recommend sustainable solutions.
• Educate customers and internal teams on national account processes.
• Review order flow and drive process improvements across accounts.
