Job summary

Husqvarna Construction is seeking an Account Specialist – National Accounts in Olathe, KS. You will serve as the primary liaison for large national accounts, coordinating with Customer Solutions to ensure aligned, high-impact service and better collaboration across teams.

You will analyze scorecards and trends, drive improvements, and support strategic customer reviews while maintaining strong relationships and accurate documentation. This role operates in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least three years’ experience in account support or customer solutions.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or SAP CRM preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with national accounts and align with internal teams.
• Prepare and participate in business reviews, scorecard discussions, and strategy meetings.
• Balance customer needs with operational policies to propose sustainable solutions.
• Educate customers and internal teams on National Account processes and support channels.
