Job summary

ADP, a global leader in cloud-based human capital management solutions, is hiring a National Accounts Sales Representative in the United States. In this role you will identify and cultivate new prospects with 1,000+ employees in your territory, cross-sell ADP solutions, and close sales with robust training and advancement opportunities.

You will develop strategic account plans, build relationships with key decision makers, and align client needs with ADP products.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of work experience.
• B2B sales experience and quota attainment.
• Experience in HCM, payroll, HR solutions or talent management.
• Ability to develop cold calling strategies and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Reach or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Implement sales strategies.
• Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects.
• Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations with internal and external customers.
• Connect customers' business needs with ADP products and services.
• Cross-sell other ADP solutions to existing clients.
• Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory.
