ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Global Accounts. You will grow new market share for ADP's cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large market prospects (3,000 - 15,000 employees) within a defined territory, bringing proven expertise and responsiveness to clients and partners.

Sales Representatives for Global Accounts collaborate across teams and focus on long-term relationships, with significant earnings potential and a pathway for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global enterprise level sales experience.
• HCM industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
• Plan and Report to Achieve Success. You will develop an annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals.
• Market - Conduct Market Research. You will develop prospective client sources and plan client seminars, using market penetration strategies.
• Collaborate Daily. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, coordinating with US and Global Enterprise Accounts teams.
