Qualifications

• Experience interfacing at all levels throughout an organization.
• PC literate – ability to use technology as a tool.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within a client’s management structure.
• Good team player and manager.
• Ability to command credibility and influence.
• Experience in janitorial industry preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• High School or GED.
• Knowledge of custodial/commercial cleaning.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, professional relationships with clients.
• Lead meetings with clients and account managers.
• Ensure all accounts are looked after and maintained.
• Supervise and manage regional salespeople.
• Follow up on complaints and queries for clients.
