Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for National Accounts to oversee a portfolio of projects and serve as the main liaison between clients and Johnson Controls.

You will drive delivery, maintain project visibility, and support strong customer relationships across internal teams and client stakeholders. The role emphasizes coordinating planning, tracking progress, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery while following the Johnson Controls Playbook and standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of physical security project experience with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of installation and service elements of operational performance.
• Experience using MS Project or Smartsheet for timelines and client reporting.
• Ability to manage professionals and lead project work in complex environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of leading meetings.
• Technical exposure to access control and video systems or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and closeout of national account projects.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients on project issues.
• Provide regular project communications to stakeholders, including risks and timelines.
• Coordinate sequencing, schedule adjustments, and scope updates.
• Align operational activities with client objectives and standards.
• Ensure proper resource alignment across projects and support field teams.
