Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a client-facing Project Manager to own accounts, oversee daily operations, and drive project execution across multifamily and commercial properties.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead a team of Assistant Project Managers, coordinate field crews, and manage scheduling, resources, and client communications. This office-based role includes occasional local site visits and room to grow as our NC footprint expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume services environment.
• Ability to manage client accounts and daily operations.
• Proven track record leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of daily service projects and scheduling.
• Serve as the primary operations contact for assigned clients.
• Lead Assistant Project Managers and coordinate field teams.
• Manage a constantly changing project pipeline and allocate resources.
• Protect project margins by reviewing scope and quotes.
