Job summary

Product Connections, part of the Acosta Group, seeks a Client Service Manager to oversee national projects, budgets, and client relations from project development to invoicing. The role coordinates with Sales Trak, manages billing accuracy, and drives upsell opportunities while ensuring high service levels for client representatives.

Responsibilities include developing national sales plans, monitoring progress, reporting results, and collaborating with Field Support to execute tasks timely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Highly experienced in retail operations and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel features like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Developing national sales plans for clients and retailers within approved financial guidelines.
• Achieving annual client budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining sound client relationships.
• Facilitation and loading of all retail projects through Project Administrators in Sales Trak.
• Monitoring and reporting project results.
• Collaborate with Field Support and Retail Management for timely execution of all tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing per established rules and guidelines.
• Provide documentation and backups as required.
• Maintain accuracy of authorized client billing forms.
• Ensure Product Connections receives payment for invoiced work.
• Seek opportunities to upsell existing clients.
• Complete corporate administrative duties as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
