ACS Logistics Holdings in Eagan, MN is seeking a National Account Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in logistics and transportation services. You will manage key client relationships, develop strategies, and coach a high-performing sales force to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in logistics sales, 5+ years of experience, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to grow nationwide accounts and close high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in logistics/ transportation.
• Experience with nationwide and final mile "Big and Bulky" products.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of domestic freight forwarding, trucking, warehousing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Execute a go-to-market sales strategy to grow market share and revenue.
• Hunter sales approach to close new business from new customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-value accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Develop and deliver proposals and service agreements to accounts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and action plans.
• Travel to meet clients and participate in trade shows and conferences.
