Job summary

Sysco is seeking a National Accounts Associate to provide inside support for corporate contacts at assigned National Accounts in Woodridge, IL. The role supports a National Accounts Sales Manager with projects, rollouts, quotes, and reporting, using SAP, AutoQuotes, and advanced Excel skills.

The position requires a high level of organization, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment. The role is full-time and on-site with Sysco's distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 4+ years in a sales/distribution office environment or a Bachelor's with 1 year in a similar setting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to corporate contacts at assigned National Accounts.
• Prepare formal quotes in AutoQuotes and Excel for proposals and openings.
• Set up vendors, contracts, and manage account coordination with Sales.
• Coordinate corporate logistics for National Accounts openings and rollouts.
• Maintain order guides, templates, and assist in order placement and check-in.
