Job summary

Jones Logistics is seeking a National Account Representative to hunt new business in the fast-paced 3PL space and cultivate strong client relationships. You will identify freight opportunities through targeted calls and build a robust national account pipeline.

Success depends on uncovering client needs, presenting tailored logistics solutions, and securing commitments for high-volume opportunities. A proactive hunter mentality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or logistics is preferred but not required.
• Current transferable 3PL relationships are a plus, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new businesses in the 3PL space.
• Make targeted cold calls to shippers, manufacturers, and distributors to identify freight opportunities and build relationships.
• Uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and secure commitments for multi-lane or high-volume national accounts.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and hit weekly/monthly/yearly activity targets.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver top-tier logistics solutions.
• Represent the brand with confidence and a customer-first mindset.
