PLS Logistics Services seeks a Sales Representative to help customers ship freight nationwide, 24/7/365, backed by a strong team. The role emphasizes active client development and effective service delivery.

During training and the first year, you will cold-call for new clients, negotiate pricing, resolve issues, and leverage extensive sales and logistics training to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Logistics brokerage experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource for customers to ship freight nationwide, 24/7/365.
• Grow your portfolio by cold calling using provided leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals.
• Take charge of client service issues to resolution.
• Liaise with Logistics Coordinators to share workload and win more business.
• Update tracking system accurately throughout the day.
