AVODA is seeking a results-driven National Account Manager to grow our commercial roofing business through new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and long-term customer relationships.

This role focuses on national and multi-location accounts, including commercial property owners, facility management companies, REITs, mission critical infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or account management, preferably in commercial roofing or related fields.
• Proven ability to generate new business, grow accounts, and hit sales targets.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship management, negotiation, and account development.
• Understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and gross profit.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 50–75% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit goals.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new national and multi-location accounts.
• Grow existing accounts through reroofing, repairs, preventative maintenance, and MSAs.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, including property owners, facilities leaders, and procurement teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline, proposals, pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasts.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for long-term customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and service teams to support profitable projects and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and pipeline reporting.
