Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an Account Manager for the Service Division in Commercial Roofing. You will manage relationships with building owners, property managers, and national clients, helping grow the roofing service business through events and targeted outreach.

The role requires prior commercial sales experience, knowledge of contract documents, and proficiency with Bluebeam/AutoCAD. A strong network and ability to follow up on quotes is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Commercial SALES experience required, preferably with Property Mgrs, Bldg/Bus. Owners.
• Proficient in Bluebeam/AutoCAD and Project management tools.
• Clear understanding of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Roofing Service business through networking events, dinners, and outreach.
• Collaborate with National team to strengthen local relationships with national clients.
• Follow up on quotes and proposals in a timely manner.
• Plan and attend client meetings across multiple locations based on client interests.
• Promote Flynn’s brand and services via marketing and social media channels.
