Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Head of National Account Director - Home Improvement to drive national account growth in our Home Improvement business, with an initial focus on Roofing. You will identify, acquire, and expand high-value enterprise relationships across manufacturers, distributors, and multi-location brands.

Lead complex enterprise sales through end-to-end cycles, build trusted executive relationships, and coordinate with Partnerships and cross-functional teams to strengthen our value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of National Account sales experience with demonstrated success managing complex enterprise relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through both new business acquisition and organic account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute national account growth strategy for Home Improvement verticals, prioritizing high-value enterprise opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of manufacturers, distributors, private equity-backed platforms, and multi-location brands.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through onboarding and launch.
• Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers and articulate financing needs.
