Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing teams.
• Experience with national accounts and complex sales transactions.
• Strategic thinker who can develop client-focused, differentiating solutions.
• Analytical mindset to leverage data for sales strategy.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage national account management teams to meet targets.
• Design and implement key sales metrics and pricing strategies.
• Develop strategic plans to grow revenue and market share in national accounts.
• Forecast sales and ensure achievement of budgets for National Accounts.
• Mentor teams and manage customer retention, renewals, and growth.
